Update post.

ARC Reviewer for THE KALEIDOSCOPE CHRONICLES right now…

THE KALEIDOSCOPE CHRONICLES is an MG/YA-Crossover Epic Fantasy Series starring three siblings. Did you enjoy reading series like Percy Jackson, Impossible Creatures, Land of Stories or Narnia? Would you like to get a chance to receive a free set of signed paperbacks of ALL 3 Books plus a bonus illustration overlays? Then please keep reading…

I’m in! How do I apply?

To get onto the list of ARC Readers, all it takes is:

1) join my mailing list on the website www.kaleidoscopechronicle.com

2) contact me via the ARC READER PAGE and tell me where your reviews of Books One and Two are posted (Amazon, Goodreads, your IG/FB page, or another site…)

3) That’s it! In advance of the Book Three launch this summer, you will receive the kindle/epub via BookFunnel.

Wait? But I haven’t read or reviewed the first two books…can I still be an ARC reader?

Yes, you can. First, join the mailing list. Then, when you contact me via the ARC READER PAGE on my website, tell me you really, really want to read Book One: Lost in Dara for free and that your life will be an empty pit of despair if you miss out on becoming an ARC Reader. And guess what? I will send you the epub of Book One via BookFunnel. For Free.

Seriously? But wouldn’t you prefer that I purchased a copy?

Of course I would! We’ve got two dogs and four cats at home…kibble is not cheap! But I’m sure you’ve been busy, and besides, my marketing of the series has been minimal to date. It’s not your fault that you did not know about the books.

Wow…that’s really nice of you. So, what happens next?

Easy. You read Book One and post your review online. Then reach out to me and request a free epub of Book Two – Escape from Nima.

Hold on! You’ll send me the second book in the series for FREE? Maybe I should just buy it…

Yes, you should…remember the kibble? Our cats our ravenous little beasts! But if you like Book One enough to read and review it (I know you will!) then I really want you to keep going. Because if you read and review the first two books, you’ll get an advance epub of Book Three AND you’ll be entered in the contest to win one of the signed paperback sets. How’s that?

This sounds great! Anything else I should know? I guess there are official rules and stuff…

Yes, the rules and stuff are posted below, but you’ve already heard the important part: read and review Book One…then read and review Book Two…then get an advance epub copy of Book Three. Now, here’s the rest from the Kaleidoscope Team:

1) Which of the following platforms must reviews be submitted on: GoodReads, Amazon, personal blog,IG, Facebook, BookBub, Barnes & Noble. If there is somewhere else that you typically list reviews, please tell us what it is as we are open to expanding this list.

 2) Your provided email address should be the one you want the BookFunnel link to be sent.

3) I don’t have a blog but might someday. By joining my mailing list, you might get an occasional email. Highly doubtful.

4) Do not share your copy of the novel with anyone else. Instead, tell them where to get their own copy.

5) To be eligible to receive a free epub of Book Two, you must have posted a review of Book One. All reviews should be honest, but please be kind when leaving any review…good criticism can be done nicely.

6) As noted by NetGalley, “reviews should be honest personal opinions, and shared with positive intentions—even if it’s a critical review. Remember a critical review isn’t necessarily negative, but rather a valuable source of feedback. Reviews are a powerful way to connect readers everywhere. Reviews are not just book recommendations—they’re also bridges to fellow bookworms all around the world. Reviews offer a chance to share your thoughts with other readers, share your unique perspective and insights, and offer suggestions that can help others decide which books to read next.”

7) Just like NetGalley’s requirements, the Kaleidoscope Team is requiring a high feedback ratio (over 80%) to participate in this ARC Reader Promotion. Failing to submit reviews will impact your ability to receive future approvals (in this case, the next book in the series).

8) This ARC Reader Promotion for Books One, Two and Three is active from April 7th, 2026 until discontinued by the Kaleidoscope Team. All participants will be notified by email of any critical dates or news regarding this promotion.

9) All qualified ARC Readers are eligible to win 1 of the 10 ARC Reader Prizes which includes the paperback copies of Books 1,2 and 3, each book signed by the Author(s) and Illustrator, plus additional gift items such as printed overlays of the illustrations and/or other merchandise. A qualified ARC Reader must have:

a. joined the mailing list and contacted the Kaleidoscope Chronicles website.

b. read and posted a review of Book One: Lost in Dara

c. read and posted a review of Book Two: Escape from Nima

d. received an advance copy of Book Three from the Kaleidoscope Team prior to the launch.

e. has a shipping address in the contiguous 48 U.S. States in order to receive free shipping of any prize awarded. (Note: ARC Readers who live outside of the 48 States are still eligible to win on of the Prizes but are responsible to pay for the cost of the shipping of the Prize.)
